"Toolless" is a semi-automated CNC machining and fabrication process
used to create custom plastic enclosures, housings, parts, cabinets, bezels.
Our on-staff engineering and industrial designers create concepts, then engineer
and prototype enclosures to your specifications. In our in-house production facility we machine the flat-patterns
and perform the various special operations required to create our near-injection molding quality enclosures
- without the cost, lead times and inflexibility of molds or tooling.
We design and create customized plastic enclosures and housings in small and medium production runs. We
will work with you from project design to delivery of the final ready-to-use product handling all project
tasks internally.
